Bank charges

Please note that all bank charges are at the expense of the debitor.

Terms and Conditions

• The registration of participation is binding.
• If you have to cancel the registration, you get 80% back until 30 days before the start of the event. In all other cases, the financial responsibilities of the participants remain fully effective.
• The participation fees are owed upon registration and are payable within 7 days following submission of the registration (but not later than 7 days before the starting day of the event).
• Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
• The conference program may be subject to changes.
• Payments will be refunded if the conference will be canceled by the organizer. In that case, the organizer will have no further liability to the client. Registrations remain valid if the conference has to be postponed.

Registrations without payment or the necessary proofs (i.e., membership, student card, etc.) are not valid.

¹ At least one author MUST register paying authors’ registration fee until 20 January 2023 in order for their paper to be considered for presentation and included in the conference proceedings. Author registration includes the presentation of one paper. Additional (up to 1) presentations by the same author imply an extra cost of 150 EUR per paper/presentation. The special reduced fee for authors is applicable only once per accepted submission.

² Student fee for an author is applicable, if the paper was solely written by students not older than 30 years. A confirmation about the student status and the age of all authors from the university is necessary.

³ A student ID card is necessary. Please upload a scanned copy of your student ID card in pdf format to the Conftool Submission System: https://www.conftool.com/rev-conference/ during your registration.
