General Remarks

All submissions will be peer reviewed.

Please note: Full Paper, Short Paper, and WiP are “review-to-publish” submission types. Each paper must have at least one author participating in the reviewing process in order to be published in the proceedings. Please check with your co-authors to make sure that at least one of you has agreed to be a reviewer.

  • Paper must match the provided Springer template
  • Paper should not exceed the maximum page numbers given below (including bibliography and appendix)

Current Phase

Upload of Final Papers

Preparation

  • Prepare your final paper with the same templates as before (template kits for Word and LaTeX) Make sure
    • you have done a final language check. We always encourage authors to ask for support from an English language native speaker. Papers with poor English might not be published by Springer.
    • you have added authors' names, affiliations and emails
    • your paper meets the submission requirements above
    • the title of a poster paper starts with "Poster: " and for a WiP with "Work in Progress: "

What to Upload

  • your final paper in PDF format
  • your final paper in MS WORD format or all necessary LaTeX files in a ZIP archive
  • the correctly filled in Springer CtP in PDF format (Springer CtP). Find instructions in the Sample Springer CtP. Use the sample CtP! The Springer CtP is a legal document and Springer is extremely picky with it.

Where to upload

All files must be uploaded to the Conftool Submission System: https://www.conftool.com/rev-conference/. Observe the deadlines: Reference time for deadlines is the time displayed in Conftool!

Metadata in the Submission System

Check and update! The metadata you have filled in along with your initial submission are important – we work with them.

  • If you have changed the title – update it in the system
  • Make sure authors are spelled correctly and the same everywhere
